Terry T. Tomonaga
President and Chief Executive Officer

Terry Tomonaga is CEO and co-founder of LACT Inc. He founded the company in March 2004 with a vision to provide enhanced integration services for students coming into the United States. The vision of Ryugaku Support came from the experiences he gained after living in three different countries, and interacting with numerous international students. His vision continued as he took a role in establishing the non-profit organization Japanese Student Network (JSN), and established a network that connected Japanese Students Associations (JSA) across Southern California. As CEO of the company, Tomonaga oversees the marketing and management, focusing on human relationships.

Tomonaga attended UCLA majoring in Psychology and Japanese, while learning investments and computer graphics. After receiving his bachelor’s degrees, Tomonaga was employed at Wells Fargo as an investment banker where he refined his knowledge of finance and established the basis for the orientation system by attending schools and teaching banking systems. He is a licensed Series 7 stock broker.

Hiromi Fujimori
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Hiromi Fujimori is Vice President and CFO of LACT Inc. He founded the company in March 2004 with a vision to create a Ryugaku Support Company that would ease the transition of international students coming into the United States. As Vice President and CFO, Fujimori oversees the strategy, marketing, company infrastructure, and services, alongside Tomonaga. Prior to his work at LACT, he has founded a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization Japanese Student Network in Los Angeles.

Fujimori has attended the Master’s of Business Taxation program at the University of Southern California, and was a participant of the 2003 Japanese Entrepreneur Training Program sponsored by the Japanese External Trade Organization (JETRO). He is also a licensed real estate and insurance broker.

Danny D. Fujisawa
Student Relations Coordinator

As the Student Relations Coordinator, Fujisawa oversees the development and management of all the customer service for LACT Inc.. Fujisawa joined LACT in March 2005, and have been the main public relations figure for LACT. In addition to his roles of customer service management, Fujisawa is in charge of all of the web programming and product development of LACT as well.

Fujisawa holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in Mathematics.
